Method

Mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Add the water and eggs and knead until smooth. Cover and rest.

Mix the curd cheese, sour cream, eggs, and salt.

Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll or stretch each into a thin rectangle. Spread with the filling and roll into logs.
