    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

    Line a deep baking dish with the banana leaves, leaving enough overhang to fold over the top later.

    Arrange the pork shoulder, breadfruit, sweet potato, onion, and garlic in the dish.

    Season with the salt and black pepper, then pour over the coconut cream and water.
