- 200mlCoconut Cream
- 200mlWater

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Line a deep baking dish with the banana leaves, leaving enough overhang to fold over the top later.

Arrange the pork shoulder, breadfruit, sweet potato, onion, and garlic in the dish.
