    Red Bean (soaked overnight and drained)
  • 320g
    Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 220g
    Onion (finely chopped)
  • 15g
    Garlic (crushed)
  • 50ml
    Palm Oil
  • 1pcs
    Bouillon Cube (crumbled)
  • 8g
    Salt
  • 2g
    Black Pepper
  • 1.1l

    Bring the water to a boil at 100°C (212°F) in a pot.

    Add the white rice and salt, reduce to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

    Bring the water to a boil at 100°C (212°F) in a separate pot, add the red beans, and cook until tender, adding more hot water only if needed.

    In another pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat and cook the onion until soft.
