  • 350g
    Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 220g
    Onion (finely chopped)
  • 15g
    Garlic (crushed)
  • 50ml
    Palm Oil

    Bouillon Cube (crumbled)
  • 1pcs
    Hot Chili (whole)
  • 10g

    Black Pepper
  • 900ml
    Water

    Heat the palm oil in a heavy pot over medium heat.

    Add the chicken pieces and brown them well on all sides.

    Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the garlic and cook briefly.

    Add the tomato and cook until it breaks down into a thick base.

    Pour in the water, add the bouillon cube and hot chili, and bring everything to a gentle simmer.

    Cover and cook until the chicken is nearly tender.

    Stir in the palm nut cream and continue simmering gently until the chicken is fully tender and the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F).
