- 400mlCoconut Milk
- 140gWhite Sugar
- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 4gSalt
- 3gCardamom Powder

- 80mlWater (lukewarm)

Method

Soak the white rice in water until softened, then drain well.

Stir the active dry yeast into the lukewarm water and leave until foamy.

Blend the soaked white rice with the coconut milk until very smooth.
