- 3pcsEgg (beaten)
- 200gShrimp (peeled)
- 150gHam (diced)
- 120gCarrot (finely diced)
- 50gScallion (finely chopped)
- 15mlSoy Sauce
- 10mlSesame Oil
- 40mlVegetable Oil
- 5gSalt

Break up the chilled white rice with your hands or a spoon so the grains are loose and separate.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
