- 120mlWhole Milk
- 12gFresh Basil (finely chopped)

- 12pcsCorn Husk (soaked until pliable)

Method

Melt the unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft without browning.

Blend or grate the corn into a coarse paste, then mix it with the cooked onion, whole milk, fresh basil, and salt.

Lay out the corn husks and spoon the corn mixture onto each one.

Fold the corn husks around the filling to make secure parcels.

Steam the parcels over boiling water at 100°C (212°F) until the corn mixture is firm and fully cooked.
