- 150mlWhite Dry Wine

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Heat the sunflower oil in a heavy pot and brown the pork shoulder in batches.

Add the onion and cook until it softens, then add the green bell pepper and mushroom.

Stir in the tomato, tomato paste, paprika, bay leaves, and salt.

Pour in the white dry wine and bring everything to a simmer.

Cover the pot and bake until the pork is tender and the sauce is concentrated, about 100 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

Remove the bay leaves before serving.
