- 180gPalm Sugar
- 60gBrown Sugar

Method

Heat the palm sugar, brown sugar, and water gently until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool until just warm.

Place the white rice flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually pour in the syrup and mix until a pliable dough forms.

Shape the dough into small rings and pinch or press them lightly so they hold their shape well.

Heat the vegetable oil to 170°C (338°F).

Fry the rings in batches until deep golden brown and crisp. Drain them well and cool completely before serving.
