Greens
- 300gMorogo Greens (rinsed and roughly chopped)
- 300mlWater
Relish
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 200gTomato (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 60gPeanut Paste
- 25mlVegetable Oil
- 6gSalt

Method

Bring the water to a boil and cook the morogo greens just until wilted and tender. Drain well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until soft.

Add the garlic and stir briefly, then add the tomato and cook until it forms a thick sauce.

Stir in the peanut paste until it melts into the sauce.

Add the cooked morogo greens and the salt.

Cook for a few more minutes, stirring gently, until the relish is well combined and no longer watery.
