    Mix the all-purpose flour with the salt. Add the egg and water, then knead until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest.

    Combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, and black pepper until evenly mixed.

    Roll the dough thin, cut it into squares, add the filling, and seal the dumplings firmly.

    Cook the dumplings in gently simmering water until the dough is tender and the filling reaches 71°C (160°F). Drain well.

    Stir the plain yogurt with the garlic until smooth.

    Melt the unsalted butter in a small pan and stir in the paprika just until fragrant.
