- 220gDatshi Cheese (roughly chopped)
- 300mlWater
- 5gSalt
- 1gBlack Pepper

Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft and translucent.

Add the garlic and stir until fragrant.

Add the mushroom and cook until it releases moisture and starts to soften.

Stir in the water, salt, and black pepper, then bring to a gentle simmer at about 95°C (203°F).

Cook until the mushroom is tender and the broth is flavorful.

Add the datshi cheese and stir gently over low heat until the cheese melts and the stew turns creamy.
