  • 30ml
    Ghee
  • 160ml
    Water

    Vegetable Oil

    Mix the all-purpose flour and salt, rub in the ghee, then add the water and knead into a smooth, firm dough. Cover and let it rest.

    Roll the dough into small, even discs.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Fry one disc at a time, gently pressing it under the oil so it puffs fully.

    Turn the bread once and fry briefly until pale golden, then drain and serve warm.
