    Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and water until a soft dough forms. Knead briefly, cover, and let it rest while you start the stew.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the lamb shoulder.

    Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the garlic. Add the tomato, tomato paste, baharat, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt and cook until the tomato softens.

    Pour in the meat stock and add the dried limes. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook until the lamb shoulder is starting to become tender.

    Add the eggplant, potato, and okra and continue simmering until the vegetables begin to soften.

    Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten each piece into a thin round. Slip the dough pieces one by one into the simmering stew.

    Cook until the dough is tender and the broth has thickened slightly. Stir in the fresh coriander just before serving.
