    Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder in a bowl.

    Rub the unsalted butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then stir in the whole milk to make a soft dough.

    Spread the dough into a rectangle and scatter the guava evenly over the surface.
