Dough
- 400gAll-Purpose Flour
- 220mlWater
- 8gSalt
Filling
- 250gSpinach (finely chopped)
- 25gFresh Dill (finely chopped)
- 15gFresh Mint (finely chopped)
- 25gFresh Coriander (finely chopped)
Frying
- 20mlVegetable Oil
Finishing
- 50gUnsalted Butter (melted)

Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.

Mix the all-purpose flour, water, and salt together and knead until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest.

Combine the spinach, fresh dill, fresh mint, and fresh coriander in a bowl.

Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a thin round. Spread some of the herb filling over one half, fold the dough over, and seal the edges.

Heat a dry griddle or wide pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush it with the vegetable oil.

Cook the flatbreads until they are browned in spots on both sides and the filling is hot.

Brush the hot flatbreads with the unsalted butter and serve warm.
