- 500gAll-Purpose Flour
- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 8gSalt
- 300mlWater (lukewarm)
- 30mlCanola Oil

- 450gGround Beef
- 150gOnion (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 60gTomato Paste
- 25gFresh Parsley (finely chopped)
- 6gPaprika
- 4gCumin Powder
- 2gBlack Pepper
- 6gSalt
- 1pcsLemon (cut into wedges)

Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.

Stir the active dry yeast into the water and let it stand until foamy.

Combine the all-purpose flour with the salt, then add the yeast mixture and canola oil. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise until puffy.

Mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato paste, fresh parsley, paprika, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt until evenly combined.

Preheat the oven to 260°C (500°F) and heat a baking sheet or baking steel inside.

Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a very thin round.

Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture over each round, taking it almost to the edges.

Bake the flatbreads until the edges are lightly browned and the ground beef reaches 71°C (160°F).

Serve hot with the lemon for squeezing over the top.
