- 650gTop Round Beef (thinly pounded)
- 7gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper
- 1pcsLemon (cut into wedges)

- 2pcsEgg (beaten)
- 180gBreadcrumbs
- 300mlVegetable Oil

Method

Season the top round beef on both sides with the salt and black pepper.

Place the beaten eggs in one shallow dish and the breadcrumbs in another.

Dip each piece of top round beef into the eggs, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wide skillet to 175°C (350°F). Fry the cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides and the top round beef reaches 63°C (145°F).

Rest the cutlets for 3 minutes, then drain briefly and serve hot with the lemon wedges.
