- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 30gWhite Sugar
- 8gSalt
- 250mlWhole Milk (lukewarm)
- 100mlWater (lukewarm)
- 80gUnsalted Butter (softened)

Method

Combine the whole milk, water, white sugar, and active dry yeast in a bowl and let the mixture stand until foamy.

Add the bread flour and salt and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead until the dough begins to smooth out, then work in the unsalted butter a little at a time until fully incorporated.

Continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic, then cover and let it rise until doubled in size.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased pan. Let it rise again until puffy.
