    Pike (boneless fillets)

    All-Purpose Flour

    Salt

    Black Pepper (ground)
  • 30ml
    Vegetable Oil

    Pat the pike dry and season it with the salt and black pepper. Coat it lightly in the all-purpose flour.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat until shimmering. Fry the pike until golden on both sides and it reaches 63°C (145°F).

    Add the unsalted butter to the pan and spoon it over the fish as it foams.
