- 30mlGhee
- 1lWhole Milk
- 60gWhite Sugar
- 90gDate (chopped)
- 45gRaisin
- 35gAlmonds (chopped)
- 35gPistachio Nuts (chopped)
- 35gCashews (chopped)
- 2gCardamom Powder
- 5mlRose Water

Method

Heat the ghee in a pot over medium heat. Add the vermicelli noodles and toast them until golden and fragrant.

Pour in the whole milk and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring so the noodles do not clump.

Cook until the vermicelli noodles soften and the milk thickens slightly.

Add the white sugar, date, and raisins and simmer until the fruit softens.

Stir in the almonds, pistachio nuts, and cashews and cook briefly.
